Labour market information as well as trends in skills needs are essential elements of career guidance and counselling. They help to explore the world of work, the current and future skills demands

The aim of the guidance is to improve career development competences, facilitate study and job choices, guide VET providers in the design of a training offer in line with the needs of the companies, encourage enterprises to give voice to their needs of competences, involve stakeholders and policy makers to increase the quality of work-based learning.
